Our client is a private, family owned company that specialises in providing crane hire to the Metropolitan and Latrobe Valley areas. They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated temporary Administrative Assistant to join their busy, close knit team in Dandenong South.
Please note that there is a permanent position on offer for the successful applicant at the end of the temporary assignment.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, your duties will include:
• Raising purchase orders
• Daily invoicing and daily supplier invoice reconciliation
• Debtor management
• Fuel reconciliations
• Customer service and enquiries
• General administration as required
• Managing inductions and ensuring fellow employees are up to date for site
To be successful for this role, it is essential that you have accounts and administrative experience. Any experience with Reckon software will be advantageous, however not essential.
