The position will be responsible for ensuring that employee wages records are accurate and processed in a timely manner according to the Industrial Award and company EBA. Banking miscellaneous income, reconciling petty cash, ad hoc payroll advice, managing fuel cards for on- site bowser, esker administrator, timely invoice processing and dispute resolution whilst assisting the Accounts Payable Supervisor as required, will also form part of this role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent:
- Communication skills;
- Accuracy of data entry;
- Computer skills;
- Comprehension of data; and
- Friendly cheerful nature.
Your previous experience will include;
- Strong administration experience
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong payroll experience and understanding of EBA Rates
