Naomi Matchett – Director / Recruitment Consultant
Having always lived in Gippsland, Naomi has built a strong rapport with members of the local community. Naomi’s background as a job search trainer in addition to her role as business owner, has equipped her with the skills required for recruitment and job placement. It has also provided her with the knowledge of what employers need and desire when recruiting staff as she has a comprehensive understanding, and firsthand experience, of the factors that can affect the success of a business.
With a Diploma of Employment Services, Naomi has a wealth of experience across a myriad of industry sectors. Naomi has regularly been called upon to offer her advice to local businesses and has been a guest speaker in relation to matters such as recruitment, staff retention and operating a successful business. Naomi is recognised for her consulting capabilities and extensive recruitment experience and this is supported by her position on the Baw Baw Business Advisory Board. Best Match Recruitment also keeps up to date with regular employment/award issues affecting Victorian businesses via Naomi’s position on the Gippsland Regional Committee for VECCI.

Rowenna Dunn – General Manager
Rowenna has recently returned to her home town in Gippsland and joins the team at Best Match Recruitment in the role of General Manager.
With her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Monash University, Rowenna set her sights high (no pun intended!) and landed the role of Touring Public Relations Manager for Cirque du Soleil travelling the world for over a decade. As a brand ambassador for a globally renowned organisation, reputation was everything. Rowenna demonstrated a highly professional approach to her role, treating all clients with the utmost respect and ensuring open communication channels and positive outcomes at all times. This role required exceptional client relationship skills and her approach to your recruitment needs will be no different. When dealing with Rowenna you are guaranteed to receive first class service.
Additionally whilst at Cirque du Soleil, Rowenna assisted with all aspects of HR which included the integration of new employees of 20 varying nationalities for a myriad of roles within the company. Since joining Best Match Recruitment Rowenna has built upon this experience and has successfully recruited permanent and temporary staff for a diverse range of industries from high-level executive positions to general labour and everything in between. She is very excited to bring her high-level communication, public relations and management skills to compliment the thriving business, and to oversee the already stellar team in place here at Best Match Recruitment.
Richelle Noreika – Recruitment Consultant
Richelle has recently returned to Victoria in 2015, settling in Gippsland, after having lived in Brisbane for five years. Richelle joined the Best Match Recruitment team as the administrator and with a wealth of experience in high-level administration and office management in a variety of industries, has grown from this position to become one of our leading Recruitment Consultants.
With her professionalism along with her dedication and exceptional customer service, Richelle is committed to making a positive impact. Alexandra Halm – Recruitment Consultant
Having grown up in the outer South East suburbs of Melbourne, Alexandra has fallen in love with the beauty of Gippsland and has made the decision to build her dream home here. With a degree in Psychological Science, Alexandra has always followed a career path in which she is able to assist others. Her role here at Best Match Recruitment is no different.
Alexandra commenced with Best Match Recruitment in 2016 and has proven to be a valuable consultant to our clients, successfully placing both permanent and temporary staff. Industries that Alexandra has recruited for include, but are not limited to; government departments, finance, labouring, administration, management, machinery operators and more!
In her spare time, Alexandra enjoys walking her dogs, going out for dinner, interior design and shopping.
Anna Hall – Administration Officer
Anna joined Best Match Recruitment after completing her year 12 studies (and might we add, achieving a very impressive ATAR!). During her schooling Anna was College Captain which is an indication of her maturity, reliability and her willingness to help others. David Matchett – Financial Controller
David has been involved with Best Match Recruitment since it commenced and has played a valuable role in all aspects of the business. David has lived in Gippsland for the majority of his life and served as a reputable member of the Victorian Police force for over 20 years. After leaving the force, David gained experience within the accounting industry which provided him with insight into the many functions of local business.
Rachel Gyorfi – Accounts / Payroll Officer
Rachel is a qualified Bookkeeper and BAS agent and joins the Best Match Recruitment team offering a great deal of financial knowledge. Having worked within the private sector, Rachel has assisted many businesses (from small to large enterprises) with their accounting requirements and finance enquiries.
